Yes, We are starting our season with a shared points event with CSRA
No, you do not need a Passport to get into Canada, if you are a Michigan Resident you can go to your Secretary of State and get an "Enhanced license or ID card" see below copied from the Michigan Department of State website

Where to Apply for an Enhanced Driver's License or State ID Card
You must visit a Secretary of State office authorized to issue an enhanced driver's license or state ID card if:
- You are applying for your first enhanced license or state ID card
- You need to make a change to your name or date of birth as it appears on your enhanced license or state ID card
You may visit any Secretary of State office to renew an enhanced license or state ID card, replace a lost or stolen card or make an address correction - as long as you do not need to change your name or date of birth.
The Secretary of State Mobile Branch Office also issues enhanced licenses and state ID cards.
